SEATTLE'S TABLE
RECEIVE FOOD
Seattle’s Table provides food to Food Lifeline member agencies in Seattle. Many agencies are trained to pick up the food themselves while others receive deliveries of prepared and perishable food from a Food Lifeline truck.
Food Lifeline member agencies interested in picking up Seattle’s Table food, contact Dani Turk, the Seattle’s Table Program Manager for more information.
Agency requirements for participation:
- At least two staff and/or volunteers will complete the Seattle’s Table Training and submit copies of current Food Handler Permits to Food Lifeline
- Agency must have need for additional food and space available to store donations
- If participating in the partner program, agency must have a reliable, trained staff member or volunteer with a vehicle available to do weekly pick ups at least
- Weekly reports will be submitted to Food Lifeline
